About

omnigo is a payment solutions provider helping businesses reduce transaction costs and modernise how they accept payments. Working closely with DOJO one of the fastest-growing payment technology companies in the UK, omnigo brings faster terminals, better rates and modern payment infrastructure to sectors including hospitality, retail, automotive, and venues.

I joined omnigo not as an outside agency, but as their embedded creative and digital partner, working directly alongside the leadership team and CEO Nicholas Gould. The brief was to strengthen the brand, build a digital presence that matched the scale of what they were building and to develop the marketing tools needed to drive business development across new sectors.

What We Did

omnigo had strong partnerships and a compelling product, but the brand lacked the structure and creative direction to communicate its value clearly. The website, sales materials and social presence didnt reflect the credibility or scale of the technology behind the service.

Acting as creative director across the brand, I led the development of a new website, shaped the social media presence and produced sales collateral used to communicate the omnigo offer across multiple sectors. The work repositioned omnigo with a clearer message and stronger visuals, giving the team the tools to support partnerships, events, and new industry expansion with confidence.
